Планирование работ
В любом помещении, оснащенном электричеством, рано или поздно понадобится поменять силовой кабель,соединяющий линию электропередач с распределительным щитом. Часто он выходит из строя в подъездах многоквартирных домов. Иногда можно обойтись небольшим ремонтом, но в большинстве случаев при проведении ремонтных работ приходится демонтировать старый кабель и прокладывать новый.
Проверка сетей и выбор материалов
Провести проверку проводки в парадной имеет право специальная комиссия, созданная управляющей компанией МКД (это может быть и кондоминиум). Специалисты производят оценку силового кабеля и в случае признания его непригодным принимают решение о проведении электромонтажных работ.
Обсуждается, какое сечение кабелей и проводов будет оптимальным вариантом для конкретного помещения. При этом учитывают количество максимально потребляемой электроэнергии по формуле,подсчитав общую мощность потребителей (следует обратить внимание на количество этажей и квартир в парадной, электрические или газовые плиты, установленные в квартирах).
Электропроводка должна быть хорошего качества, чтобы не случилось замыканий и пожаров. Что касается материалов, то специалисты рекомендуют отдать предпочтение медному кабелю, который:
- имеет хорошую проводимость;
- минимально подвержен коррозии;
- обладает высокой допустимой нагрузкой;
- надежен в эксплуатации.
Для безопасности сети лучше всего выбрать трехжильный провод с двойной изоляцией (при нарушении целостности первого слоя второй будет выполнять его функцию).
Необходимо рассчитать длину силового кабеля, приняв во внимание расстояние от места подключения объекта до установки потребителей (1 метр = 1 потребителю) и прибавив 8 процентов на изгибы, без которых не обойтись. Дополнительно подсчитываются затраты на крепежи и аксессуары, а также оплату труда электриков. Помочь в расчетах может бригада приглашенных для работ специалистов.
На общем собрании жильцы подписывают акт о согласии на сбор средств для замены и монтажа проводки. Составляется смета, согласно которой закупаются необходимые материалы, и производится расчет с ремонтниками. Согласно технике безопасности, работы должны проводиться электромонтерами по ремонту и обслуживанию электрооборудования, имеющими не ниже третьей группы допуска по электробезопасности.
Перед тем, как приступить к выполнению обязанностей, рабочие проходят вводный инструктаж по технике безопасности, а также обеспечиваются спецодеждой и спецобувью.
Придерживаются следующих принципов прокладки кабелей:
- Электрическую линию проводят вертикально либо горизонтально.
- Повороты проводника производят под прямым углом.
- При прокладке проводов избегают взаимопересечений. Если это невозможно, соблюдают дистанцию в 3 миллиметра, а каждый проводок в месте пересечения изолируют лентой.
- Кабельную линию располагают не дальше15 сантиметров от верхней и нижней поверхности.
- Между батареями отопления и кабелем оставляют зазор больше 3 сантиметров.
- От дверных и оконных проемов и углов проводку отдаляют не менее чем на 10 сантиметров.
Эти рекомендации нужны, чтобы найти скрытые в стене линии, спланировать новые и правильно рассчитать, сколько материалов потребуется для монтажа кабеля в подъезде.
Способы монтажа
При планировании работ определяют тип подключения и способ монтажа. Проводники в сети соединяются параллельно и последовательно. Первый способ подразумевает соединение к линии узлами подключения. Второй – поочередное расположение элементов. Электропроводку прокладывают тремя способами:
- Шлейфом, когда к линии, идущей от щитка,последовательно подключаются выключатели.
- Звездой (к каждой электроточке от щитка тянется собственный кабель).
- Расключением в распредкоробках (ккоробке от щитка проведена одна проводка, от коробки к каждой точке присоединены кабели).
Проводку можно проложить открытым или закрытым способами. Заранее определяют расположение кабеля и делают расчет нагрузки на него. Более надежную открытую проводку проводят по стеновой поверхности, а скрытую (более эстетичную, но и дорогостоящую) прячут внутри стен, оштукатуривают, маскируют при желании декоративными деталями.
Последовательность действий
Первым делом в подъезде (а иногда и во всем доме) придется отключить свет, то есть обесточить помещение, и проверить с помощью индикатора отсутствие напряжения в сети. Это делается для того чтобы обеспечить безопасность специалистов, которые осуществляют демонтаж кабеля и его замену.
Проведение предварительных работ зависит от способа прокладки проводки. Если планируется демонтировать старый кабель, чтобы на его место положить новый, следует определить место его прохождения. Открытую проводку просто удаляют из короба (при его наличии) и на ее место прокладывают новую. Если кабель скрыт в стене, его месторасположение определяют визуально (чаще всего на это указывают выделяющиеся штукатурные швы)или обнаруживают с помощью детектора. Болгаркой и перфоратором вскрывают штукатурный слой и вынимают старый кабель, если на его место планируется положить новый. В случае, когда меняется схема прокладки проводов, достаточно будет лишь заизолировать концы проводов и замуровать линию в стене, чтобы новую проложить в другом месте.
При желании перенести или демонтировать (чтобы заменить) находящиеся в подъезде электросчетчики следует получить разрешение в управляющей организации, поскольку для этого придется снять пломбы с прибора учета.
Открытую проводку крепят электроустановочными скобами или аксессуарами. Чаще всего кабель скрывают в полиэтиленовых или ПВХ коробах, которые крепятся дюбелями, скобами, саморезами или специальным клеем на ровную плоскость, поэтому перед их установкой стены тщательно выравнивают. Способ крепления выбирают исходя из состояния поверхности и наличия материалов.
Для наружной прокладки применяют также:
- гофротрубы (которые крепят скобами или клипсами);
- лотки из оцинкованной стали (используются на участках с повышенным риском повреждения кабеля);
- металлорукава (выполняют функцию экранов).
Разводку ведут от входа в подъезд,отмечая, где будет проходить линия. Монтируют кабель-канал с помощью любого из выбранных способов, затем вкладывают внутрь провод и закрывают крышкой.
Скрытую проводку укладывают на этапе ремонта, когда поверхности еще не декорированы. Для этого потребуется штробление стены, которое проводят в соответствии с особыми правилами.
Чертеж кабельных линий наносится на стену при помощи стройуровня. В стене штроборезом или перфоратором прорезают небольшие углубления-каналы, глубина которых зависит от диаметра кабеля плюс дополнительных пары миллиметров. Если этих инструментов не оказалось под рукой,можно использовать болгарку, которой прорезают пару параллельных друг другу линий на всем пути прокладки кабеля, и действовать вручную с помощью молотка и зубила. В результате сбивания между линиями бетона получается штроба. Такую работу удобнее выполнять вдвоем, так как в процессе появляется много пыли и грязи, которую следует втягивать мощным строительным пылесосом.
В штробы закладывают гофрированную трубу с кабелем внутри либо помещают сам кабель, обязательно проверив его целостность лампой-пробником или индикатором. Кабель закрепляют в штробе крепежными скобами, оставляют запас проводника для электроточки в 15-20сантиметров, очищают строительный мусор и пыль, грунтуют и штукатурят поверхность. Проводку также можно укладывать в ПВХ или гофротрубах.
После монтажа кабеля производят подключение электричества.
Заключение
Планируя замену силового провода в подъезде, следует использовать только качественные материалы и приглашать квалифицированных специалистов, знающих все тонкости прокладки кабелей. Этим можно значительно увеличить срок службы электросети.
